Meta report for Balance 24

Patch 1.2.0 / Balance 24. Facts below are tied to a source checked on 2026-10-01. Anything still open is marked unconfirmed.

Jinto damage and the nerf list

The developer's 1.2.0 note explains the nerfs as reducing unusually high damage in Jinto to a healthier level. Steamscuttle led presence at 25% in the 2,987-round community sample and is also on the nerf list, along with Shikitsune and Petrirex. Thorntail, Noxnimbus, Cinderfly, Cinnabark and Drumire were buffed. The overlap with popular units is an observation, not proof that popularity caused the nerfs. This snapshot cannot establish a before-and-after trend.

Rules that quietly kill old builds

Zenith Stone stopped amplifying percentage bonuses such as Metal Bat and Metronome. Crimson Ticket dropped from $50 to $30 in the notes. Battle stats now count triggers rather than multicast copies, so an old “multicast count” screenshot will not match the new panel. Twins’ copied unit starts at sell value 0. Gamer shows the run’s Mythical up front, which changes how early a mythical build can be planned.

Sample size, stated once

Community status text on 2026-10-01 cited 4,636 ranked players in the wider set and the 2,987-round Batomon table. Those are observations, not official population figures. When Balance 25 ships, this page’s date has to move with it.
